Interior Design and Finishes

Inviting interiors and layouts that encourage social interaction and engaged family life, is an essential ingredient of the TWIXT approach to delivering attractive homes.

The fit-outs, selection of light fixtures, tiles, carpet and textures with natural and calm colours are aimed to please both owner occupiers and investors.

TWIXT will carry out a survey of comparable properties in the area and deliver a brief to our Architect and Interior Designer to execute a project design response that responds to both local expectation and to current trends.

Landscaping & Connection to Outside

Landscaping, garden and connection to the outside promotes wellbeing and health.

TWIXT incorporates native plants and landscaping elements in project designs to facilitate relaxing, low maintenance living environments.

Native plants, rain water harvesting and low maintenance green environments are delivered through engaging a talented Landscape Architect.

Sustainability & Energy Efficiency

Depending on location and property orientation, TWIXT endeavors to facilitate the installation of energy efficient solutions. This may be in the form of heat exchange systems, solar systems and smart systems. Passive solar design is always in the design brief.
