We research the local area and pitch for style, finishes and materials to sell well within the local market demands and expectations.
We submit our development proposal and supporting materials and apply for development finance.
Private finance investments are also considered.
We tender the project with local builders and project managers. Solvency checks and references are sought before the construction team is engaged.
High-end architectural artist’s impressions form part of the marketing package.
Our marketing consultants will engage specialists to dress the property to impress.
